Bespoke Design Deposit

Reserve a place in the Kraków atelier calendar and begin your commission.

The design deposit covers your consultation and a hand-drawn design proposal (one or two directions, with revisions until you love it) together with a fixed quote and delivery date. The full 500 PLN is credited toward the final price of your piece.

What happens next

1. Within one working day Ella writes to you personally to arrange a 20-minute consultation — online or in the studio in Kraków.
2. Within 5 working days of the consultation you receive your sketch and fixed quote.
3. On approval, a 50% deposit secures your slot; making takes 4–6 weeks in recycled 14K gold.

We take on a limited number of commissions each month so every piece receives the attention it deserves. If we cannot offer you a slot in the month you need, we will tell you before any work begins and refund the deposit in full.
