Making & delivery
Each piece is cast and finished after your order, which takes 2–4 weeks. You receive photographs before it ships. Delivery by insured courier with signature on delivery: Poland 1–2 days, EU 2–3 days, UK and US 3–5 days. Duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are paid by the recipient. Collection in Kraków is always possible.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. Engraved pieces and bespoke commissions cannot be returned, but we will always repair them. Write to us and we will send a return label.
Care & guarantee
One-year guarantee on workmanship. Silver darkens naturally with time, more quickly when it is not worn. Wipe it with a soft silver polishing cloth to bring the shine back; do not use silver dips. Take the necklace off before swimming, sport and cleaning, and put on perfume and cream first. Store it in the box provided, in a dry place. Complimentary cleaning and polishing whenever you are in Kraków.
The Saint Jacques collection takes the scallop shell and palmette that decorated Mediterranean temples, Renaissance façades and Baroque salons, and makes them again in precious metal. Every piece is made in a single Kraków atelier, with ethically sourced stones.
